Frogmore Stew

     Today's blog was inspired by, and built around, a South Carolina promotional video about the classic version of Frogmore stew. It's very well done, and I thought you might enjoy it. It matches almost exactly the version I have made every summer in Maine. It is clear enough that anyone could replicate it.
